Our policy for physical products lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Downloadable or digital software products (all sales are final)
All of the Downloadable Software resold by PCDestination.com function much like a scratch-and-win lottery ticket. Once we’ve emailed the product key, it will be deemed “used” or “opened”, similar to scratching off a lottery ticket. Once a downloadable software product is delivered to your email address, it is not returnable. This includes products, ‘accidentally purchased’ – ‘purchased by mistake,’ ‘incompatible products’, ‘or simply change of mind’… – including, ‘no longer wanting the product.’
We understand that installing downloadable software can sometimes have difficulties. In the rare event where you are unable to get your software installed or activated, we have technicians on staff that will assist you in getting your software installed and activated. We are available by Live-Chat, Email, and Phone. We also provide free Remote-Sessions via tech support, in order to properly install or activate the software purchased from us. Should you experience any issues (either the product key is defective, or the product key does not activate even with technical support) within 60 days of the product key purchased from us, we will take full responsibility for said key and replace it free of cost. Should you experience any issues exceeding 60 days, we will be happy to provide a replacement key at a discounted price.
Your order for Downloadable Software – will be eligible for a refund only in the rare circumstances.
If you ended up “purchasing” the same software from another vendor due –
- To not being able to use the software purchased.
- Unresponsive support (48 hours or more)
- Compatibility issues
A, “proof of purchase,” will be required – in order for us to be able to submit a refund.
In the circumstances where a refund can be processed, a full refund can be submitted in

Should a customer refuse store credit there will be restocking fee of no less then 20% that applies to the total of the order.
Per SECTION 16 of our TERMS & CONDITIONS, “In no case shall PCDESTINATION LLC , our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.”
Thus, refunds will not be issued due to loss of data, compatibility issues, or any kind of other problems that might have occurred.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Software License. Unless accompanied by a separate Microsoft license agreement (for example, if you are using a Microsoft application that is included with and a part of Windows, then the Microsoft Software License Terms for the Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office – govern such software), and except as provided in section 13(b)(i) below for applications available through the Office Store, the Windows Store or the Xbox Store, any software provided by us to you as part of the Services is subject to these Terms.
a. If you comply with these Terms, we grant you the right to install and use one copy of the software per device on a worldwide basis for use by only one person at a time as part of your use of the Services. The software or Web site that is part of the Services may include third-party code. Any third-party scripts or code, linked to or referenced from the software or Web site, are licensed to you by the third parties that own such code, not by Microsoft. Notices, if any, for the third-party code are included for your information only.
b. The software is licensed, not sold, and Microsoft reserves all rights to the software not expressly granted by Microsoft, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. This licence does not give you any right to, and you may not:
i. circumvent or bypass any technological protection measures in or relating to the software or Services;
ii. disassemble, decompile, decrypt, hack, emulate, exploit, or reverse engineer any software or other aspect of the Services that is included in or accessible through the Services, except and only to the extent that the applicable copyright law expressly permits doing so;
iii. separate components of the software or Services for use on different devices;
iv. publish, copy, rent, lease, sell, export, import, distribute, or lend the software or the Services, unless Microsoft expressly authorizes you to do so;
v. transfer the software, any software licences, or any rights to access or use the Services;
vi. use the Services in any unauthorized way that could interfere with anyone else’s use of them or gain access to any service, data, account, or network;
- vii. enable access to the Services or modify any Microsoft-authorized device (e.g., Xbox One, Xbox 360, Microsoft Surface, etc.) by unauthorized third-party applications.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In the circumstances where a refund can be processed, there will be a 20% restocking fee that applies to the total of the order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
